Where did the Rising mythos come from. He's a good QB but people, including national pundits act like he's the next
Manning, Keenum, Leinart, Manziel, Newton, Luck, etc.
He's not better than former ute QBs Mitchell or Alex Smith or even Brian Johnson, IMO.
