Admittedly, I’ve overlooked this race in the past. It’s at BYU and just has a few lower-tier local schools running in it. However, it is a really good indicator of who BYU’s top seven is going to be throughout the season.

Take a look at the results of this race last season compared to the results of the conference championship. Six of the top seven runners were the same in both races.
