I feel like I can say that with authority being a recovering armchair quarterback myself…

I’m not oblivious to the problems that we have, especially on offense, but no offense that has been struggling ever fixes it all at once. There will be ups and downs.

Personally, I see an upward trajectory. And that includes Retzlaff. He had a bad game. Made some bad decisions and bad reads. McMahon and Young had some terrible games along the way. Yet, I get it. Everyone’s including the last four games of last year. I’m gonna choose to focus on what I see in the first four games of this year. Let’s see what happens over the next two. That will give us a much clearer picture than what we’ve seen these first two.

Regarding A-Rod. Half the time I’m scratching my head and half the time I’m quite pleased. Could someone else do better with our players and culture? Probably, maybe, maybe not. Who really knows…?
