If I am Fesi, I am going to Kalani and asking for a promotion - make Fesi OC and WR coach, and allow A-Rod to focus just on being QB Coach. Our WR room should enable the team to overcome injuries to our RBs, if we had a QB that would throw down the field. If we focus on throwing down the field, this allows Miles Davis to shine in a more RB Draw, quick action type plays.
