Im sure the bylaws of the Illinois Watermelon Queen festival and pageant competition prohibit promoting watermelon and watermelon related products in rival watermelon-producing states. Talk about quite the scandal! Maybe there's a loophole for neighboring counties, and the Vincennes Rural King is only about 3 miles from the Illinois border.
