Is more to do with a good defense than ineptitude. If SMU wasn’t good then did our defense do anything? I don’t think SMU is necessarily good but I personally don’t know you can look at offensive “under performing” and think they suck against a good defense.

I personally think our offense showed they were underperforming in this game. With the passes and moving down the field a few times with not scoring in red zones or taking advantage of turn overs.

The fact we still won with the amount of turnovers we had says more about our defense then I think it says about SMU.
