That he never turned his head BUT a PI call that is never called!
My opinion is that in P4 Football the standard for PI is higher than BYU is generally expecting.
We have to learn to play through and still make catches with "just a little" PI, because that level of PI is seldom or never called anymore. They let them do that much on every play
Technically yes it was PI. But it's seldom called when it's "only" just a little PI
