That’s my point. I’m old enough to remember when OC’s like Brandon Doman and Ty Detmer couldn’t make anything happen
With players like Jamaal and Taysom, let alone when those guys got hurt.
With Zach, Jaren, and Allgeier, there have been times that A Rod has looked like a genius.
But lose LJ Martin and he looks lost. Lose Jaren and start Baylor Romney in the Shreveport Bowl and he’s awful.
By contrast, for all his faults, Dr Bob could make guys like Tanner Mangum, JJ DiLuigi, and Bryan Kariya look good.
A Rod does not have that ability.
