He's had so much time to find people that can work... he had a QB go #2 in the draft and we saw exactly ZERO... none... 0 recruiting bump because of that... got nobody of any worth or mention... so then he works on Wilson's back up no Starter Hall... again... QB goes into the draft AND... now BYU is going to the BIG12... should have been a massive recruiting bump... nope... 10 QB's later we have a QB only recruited by UTEP from the JC Ranks.

And then to top it off... he doesn't grab anyone from the portal to help LJ at RB. We have some dudes at WR, a couple on the OL and TE's... but when you don't have the QB to get it to them... and oh yeah ARod's play calling is unorganized and feels like flinging crap against the wall to see what sticks... we don't have the dudes on offense... poor recruiting, poor game management, poor in game adjustments and play calling, poor development and poor... really really poor offense as a result. I'm telling you... ARod would have been fired at any other P4 after last years performance... it was a fireable offense.
