he also sets the right culture for the entire team.
I believe he is learning and setting the right tone. He brought in Jay Hill which I think is proving to be an A+ hire.
He probably really needs to find another OC. My confidence in ARod is falling. The cutesy stuff on short downs is really bothering me, and the big droughts in performance are annoying.
I truly believe that we can find an OC, maybe even Anae 3.0, and see some improvement.
