They just got by Nevada on the Road. They threw for 308 yards and had 100 yards rushing. How good is Nevada? Last week Nevada went on the road to mighty Troy and came back and won by 2. Nevada gave up about 400 yards to Troy as well, but split more evenly. SMU's defense only gave up 298 yards to NV. Looking at SMU's performance against HCU is like watching their scrimmage against their own freshman scout team. I just don't see how you can make a reasonable forecast on this game one way or the other. We had a great first game, but it's difficult to project. But I just don't see -11.5
