I doubt most people with equal exposure to both would strongly disagree.
And there's a reason European soccer is slowly creeping towards formats and systems that unmistakably emulate the NFL. It's the same reason NFL owners are slowly but surely gobbling up the major Euro soccer ownership stakes.
