quite a difference in pharmacy medications. Usually all scripts are filled with generics, but there are good generics and bad generics.
I never get medications at Walgreens, Walmart or Smith's. I'm not sure where Costco falls as I just have only gotten 1 or 2 in my whole life from there.
My wife and I are on enough regular medications that we have been able to tell the difference. Some pharmacies just stock low grade product, while others somehow find better quality generics. I don't know that I understand that, but in Utah County, I only go to Taylor's Drug, or Cedar Valley Drug. I'm on Ambien, and I've had to get it filled a few times at Smiths and once at Walgreens and I could greatly tell the difference. It just isn't as strong. My wife has bad arthritis and is on pain meds. She can definitely tell the difference depending where she gets prescriptions filled.
Maybe I shouldn't say anything as if more people knew this, they'd start buying out the better stuff.
