sitting there filming it and wondering why the guy that tried to break it up was not letting them go. Seriously, you are now a D1 College football coach, get up and get downstairs and de-escalate over filming like a teenager.
Deion was a hard worker as a player, which is often overshadowed by his cockiness and I know he does that same grind as a coach. The problem is, you need balance and he spends way too much time on building the brand over building the team. He says the right things, but it's fairly obvious he plays favorites. When you do not apply the same rules to everyone, you are never going to have the culture needed to be consistently successful. Not to mention that focus on "look at us" almost encourages bad behavior.
