The NCAA is so dumb

Of course the rules they tried to put in place with the settlement were dumb. It was like trying to put the genie back in the bottle. Good on the judge to not approve the settlement as is.

Wilken tells the parties to go back to the negotiating table on its rules attempting to regulate collectives.

So looks like there will have to be changes to the settlement before any approval.
