sea scrolls, writings of John, and multiple OT offerings. Overall, I think there are a half dozen courses that are pretty specific on the old testament, where a Jewish student would find at fair amount of common ground. For the more LDS-specific courses, they can take them very informationally... the same way an LDS student might find interest in a course about the Quran, and get some context about what their friends believe.
