better view than what Wrubell could have seen from his sideline table view near midfield.
I was watching the game on delay, so I watched the various replays of the first goal several times. Even though they didn't have a super close-up view, I think it still showed that Labrum scored it. The Boise St. defender didn't even really play the ball and was just playing to shield Labrum. The Boise St. defender is standing flat-footed in a shielding position, and didn't even make a play to kick the ball. Labrum makes a kicking motion. It seems like Labrum kicked through the legs of Boise St. defender to redirect the ball towards the goal. It certainly shows why those end line crosses are so dangerous, because if an attacking player can just even get a little touch on it, it can sometimes redirect it into goal.
I think they showed three different views.
