For a tattoo to look good you MUST have 2 of these three characteristics…
1-be in good physical shape
2- have a good tan or be darker skinned
3- the tat must be cool and well done
If you don’t fit at least 2 of these your tat looks stupid… and the last one is highly subjective so that’s not the one to lean on…
If you have all 3 of these it all rests completely on the subjectivity of #3 which means you’d likely look a lot better without it….
