I heard Sitake's post game press conference & KSL interview. According to Sitake
Coach Ena was the voice the players were used to hearing, so he relayed in the plays over the radio. Sitake was in charge of calling plays. However, Sitake received input from the rest of his defense staff, including from Hill, Ena, and Anderson. Further, when Jay Hill told Sitake of his heart attack, Hill gave Sitake the defensive play call sheet so that Sitake could call the plays.
