Why does BYU throttle current students from buying a ROC pass? It seems the administration would want boatloads of students at all sporting events, right?

My daughter is a student, has tried to buy a ROC pass, the site says they’re available, then sold out, available, then sold out, 3x now since May.

Not her first rodeo, she’s a junior. It would be a shame to miss out on volleyball, basketball, she doesn’t care for football.

I know no one at BYU admin or sports. Any guesses why they limit student ROC passes?
