I think it would have to be a deal based entirely on incentives
They already have these starters under contract for next year:
Ohtani
Glasnow
Yamamoto
Kershaw
Stone
May
Gonsolin
Miller
And Wrobleski, Hurt and Knack could also start games. I loved Buehler when his fastball topped out at 99-100mph. The 94mph version is far easier to hit.
