Our internet was starting to slow down and so we contacted our internet provider. They mentioned that we should get fiber because it would hopefully help solve some of the problems because our old modem was “a dinosaur “ according to the internet company and a new one was needed.
Anyway, we have been using Gryphon for some time and it is nice to have a block for the internet to keep so much of the garbage that is out there inaccessible in our home.
We never had problems before switching to fiber but now we are having major problems. The internet doesn’t work half the time and when it does it often feels like we are on dialup. Sometimes movies or websites won’t load. We have tried resetting the router, modem, gryphon and all the things but to no avail. Gryphon is being a pain in the neck and not really responding.

Any thoughts on how to fix it or someone that has dealt with similar problems and was able to find a solution? TIA
