upstairs room that I think the builder had meant to be a theatre room that I would like to put a weight bench, treadmill and perhaps some dumbbells in. It's all carpeted, I'm really not sure if I should just put the weight equipment on the carpet and destroy it or if I should put some type of foam pads on it to help protect the carpet? Anyone else have this type of situation?
