The Jets picked awful OCs who have no idea what they're doing, completely mismanaged the QB coaches, put very few playmakers on offense to help Zach out, and had a highly toxic culture. If Zach had proper development like what Jordan Love had in Green Bay, I think Zach would have become a good NFL QB.
