Clay soils settle in really weird ways. I'm also on a high water table and some parts of my yard shifts inches every
year and I'm a few hundred yards from railroad tracks which does its thing.

That’s amazing. I always get dirt into the exposed sprinkler line and have to blow it out. I’m excited to try this.
