For example, gymnastics, cycling, long-distance running, or many positions in soccer (the 3 GOATS, Messi, Maradona, and Pele, were/are all 5'8" or shorter). In ML baseball, there is an unwritten rule that doesn't allow very short people to play, because their strike zone is too small.
