Without being too specific, it was based in a state and industry that
completely shut down for a year plus due to Covid restrictions. By the time the industry started back I had no employees, no clients, and at 65 and having semi retired to Utah, there was no way that I was going to try and start over.

I'll probably take a break at 60 to hopefully catch the tail end of my wife's health, and then work again to supplement
