I agree with him. Hard to pull the flags off someone 6 inches off the ground.
Flag football is all about quickness. Plenty of NFL players are quick and will blend well. Others will not as their physicality has little to do with the game of flag football.
Height really is a detriment in the sport if you are carrying the ball.
