He seems to have that "it" factor and some intangible fight that others rally around. He was a couple of bad decisions (more experience) away from two huge wins. Behind an absurdly bad offensive line, and just a terrible offense in general. 

I'm on the fence. He could be a total dud, but I also wouldn't be surprised if he became very very good.
