Anyone else had any weird side-effects after Liquid IV?
I have been through about 6 packets, and though I have liked the taste, I am got to feeling kinda tingly/itchy in random spots in the 12 or so hours after I've drank it. I've read that B6 excess can sometimes cause that, but liquid IV only has about 2 mg in it. Anyone else experienced something similar?
