2 months ago I partially tore my bicep tendon at the elbow...
2 weeks later was diagnosed with CAD. July 4th weekend I tore my distal bicep tendon some more. Had to go through some tests for my heart, passed them and had surgery last Wednesday to repair my distal bicep tendon. Fun times the last 2 months.

Hard to pick just one. Don't sleep well, need to lose about 40 lbs (lost 18 in last 6 mos or so), don't exercise enough.
