Added comment: I just searched CB archives and see NO evidence of his name EVER being mentioned prior to April 2024. Go find the evidence of your claim ... betting you can't. Did people know of him? You bet! I'm sure his family, friends, co-workers, and plenty of NBA types knew all about him. I'm sure Tom Holmoe knew all about him. That's kind of my point. People on CB DIDN'T. So those people constantly saying "oh, yeah, who would you get" (as you STILL are doing) are misguided to put it mildly.
