There is the Ute logic. Same logic has said Utes are a lock for the big 10 while
this quote shows Utah is behind AZ, ASU, and CU. Then there is Stanford and bunch of ACC teams plus some existing big 12 teams. But yes spin it at you were really wanted like Oregon and UW who has to plead and beg to get into the big 10.
