For things like retro toys (lego's/action figures... etc) you submerge them in hydrogen peroxide and put them outside (under UV lights). It does remove the yellow.

For the table, you'll have to figure out a way to keep the peroxide in contact with the table (all of those little holes won't hold liquid 😃 )
