educate. I don't think there is one iota of benefit other than convenience for students. And even that's not really a benefit....there's a lot of benefit educationally and personally to not being inbred (educated all at one institution).
As there are already more LDS dentists than needed, there is no justification for a BYU dental school....those kids are all getting in elsewhere.
The one exception I would make is if the class was nearly or entirely foreign trained with some sort of contractual language that the student would return home to work. Put the "Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve" slogan into reality.
But to have somewhere that a kid from Alpine or Orem can go to dental school and never leave Utah County is completely useless.
