Sure, but no matter how strong the economy is, if there are 75,000 people per
square mile instead of 750 people per square mile then the real estate options simply won’t be as good.

People can say “yeah, but I’d rather live in a studio apartment in NYC than on an acre in Wichita, KS” - but that’s them making a sacrifice on the actual housing to live in an overall more desirable place.
