with being "unpredictable" and seems averse to a power run game--or any plays that begin with RBs moving towards the LOS. He's great at individual play design. He's pretty good with the passing game. However, he was asleep at the wheel with his OL last year ... and lost some games due to play calling. This is absolutely a make or break season for him.
