the OG, but that a lot of places are better now.
I felt like the food was very good, and it was worth it just for the experience. Aaron Franklin was there the day we ate and he came out and spent a long time talking to us which was cool.
To those who know the nuance in BBQ, I'm sure there are better places. But I had no complaints. The meat was moist, flavorful, and cooked just right. I really enjoyed the experience. Would I do it again? Probably only if I had enough time for the line, but if you haven't done it, it's worth it to do it at least once.
