I think the Big12 is gonna be great for them. UA, BU, UH, KU. Dang, I'd love for BYU to push into that company.
There's a LOT of other teams that probably see that as a doable goal for themselves, too.
Iowa St, Cincy & KSU come first to mind as programs that could maybe make that jump in the next 10 years.
It's still too early to say the same for BYU, imo. But I really hope KY's THAT good. As much as I loved Pope, I'm not sure he was quite cutthroat enough to get us to that level. Then again, he didn't ever get the administrative backing that KY's enjoying right now — so it's tough to tell.
