Finished 4-4 in the regular season, good for 7th place (out of 10 teams).

Won our first tournament game, lost the second game (to the #2 seed).

Then we won our way through the losers bracket by winning six straight games, including elimination wins over the #1 and #2 seeds, and sweeping a double-header Monday night and the two championship games tonight (11-9 & 14-1).

Super fun to have the boys and us ~50 year old coaches jumping around hugging everybody in sight like we just won the World Series or something. And my son is on the team, so that makes it all the more fun for me seeing him so excited & happy.
