It still boils down to several points and Anderson's argument is still garbage
1. USU's policy violated federal statutes and regulations;
2. The written policy didn't require the head coach to investigate or to make an independent investigation but rather the AD.
Can Coach Anderson show any direction by the AD to investigate this instance? If not, his argument is shallow and self-serving.
Coach Anderson was NOT the AD and I doubt he can show a specific written request by the AD to investigate in violation of federal law.
