FSU, as I posted lawsuit, blames the ACC for not fighting harder to get them into last year’s CFP. They also blame the current and former executives for tying them to a media contract ( for which FSU voted) but now puts them far behind the Big Ten and SEC.
For these reasons, they want out.
Clemson wants clarification on whom owns the media rights if it were no longer a member and if the exit fee is enforcable.
It has not indicated its intent to leave.
It may be semantics but Clemson has greatly distanced itself from FSU’s Karen approach.
Few doubt that FSU would be a problem, regardless where it ends up.
