The only way I see Clemson and FSU actually leaving is by tearing apart the
conference, or having a path to do so that will result in the conference caving and letting them go. Otherwise, they are stuck.
And I definitely don't see the Big 12 as the landing spot for them. They're as well off in the ACC as in the Big 12, and without the penalties and legal battles.

I don't know why you pick sides. this is done all the time in the business world. ACC benefits more from FSU and Clemson
