Caring for someone in this stage can be a bit of a roller coaster. A few days after he moved in with us he said he was missing an envelope with 35K in it. He said he had taken it out of his credit union because he figured he'd have to open a new account in Arizona. The next morning we called the credit union and were happy to discover that he had withdrawn $500, not $35K!
