Scheduling a colonoscopy ASAP. Friend from my mission (age 41) just diagnosed
with stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to his liver. So gutted for him and his family. Ugh.
I've been feeling like I should get this done for a while and this news has motivated me to finally do it.
