It’s hard to trust what a sponsored athlete says about supplements and for everyone else they keep their tricks secret to try and have an advantage.

I suspect many elites have supplement regimes that might be considered to offer minor doping level advantages if they were better known. It wouldn’t surprise me if some use the Maureen system without being sponsored for it and think it helps them.
