Update - was on hold 12 hours
Fell asleep at 4:15 AM - Was disconnected when I woke up at 4:45 AM.

We were trying to cancel the front end of the trip (and get a partial refund - I had rebooked on another airline to travel today) and move the return flight back a day, and I needed to talk to someone to do both.

Meanwhile, the texting option started with a 12 wait and was up to 15 hours when I gave up.

In the end, our trip will be shortened by 2 days. There are people who are worse off than I am, but we are pretty disappointed.
