trades for vets and more picks. He's made some good bargain FA signings and has gotten value trading them. IMO, the Jazz are not as far away from being a playoff team as most seem to think.

Ainge definitely knows what he's doing. I like Kessler but wouldn't be surprised to see him traded at some point. I'm guessing Clarkson and Kessler could be the next 2 traded.
