Sure it will grow and not die, but it will be green for only a few months, and be paper bag brown for
most of the calendar year because it will go dormant in cold temps. Even the hybrids need sustained 80+ degree temps to be green and healthy.

Utahns can now plant drought-resistant grass. Interesting but it sounds like I would have to rip out my existing lawn..

Hybrid bermudagrass really struggles in cool climates. Sure it will grow in the summer and not die out in the winter
