It really is baffling. The most mundane of QA procedures should have caught
this. Unless there is more to it than I know at this time, the most basic of QA procedures, which I can almost guarantee CrowdStrike has, would have caught this.

Crowdstrike just isn't a little IT firm. They have billions in revenue and no doubt they have a massive QA infrastructure.
